It's sad to hear that you are going to war. We hope you are safe.
These are the weapons that you will need: a rifle, bayonet, and 100 rounds of ammunition. You will be wearing a woolen tunic, breeches, puttees (a strip of towel or cloth that wraps around your lower leg), and a pack for your food. You will also need a water bottle, a trench tool, and kindling. Your rations will be made up of cheese, onion, tea, jam, and bully beef.
